The Cooperative

Jucofer is constituted as a COOPERATIVE. It is administrated by the Assembly of Associates, where each member participates democratically, regardless of their participation in the Capital of the Cooperative. This Assembly periodically elects the Board of Directors, made up of 9 associates: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, 3 Regular Members and 2 Alternates, who perform functions of Representation and Management of the Cooperative and the Syndicate.
